My wife and I love eating at Johnson City TN Outback Steakhouse. All the staff and Mark Hendrix (managing partner) are absolutely amazing. They all go above and beyond to make sure our visit is the best. Our food is always delicious. Never have to wait on refills and the restaurant is always clean. It’s an awesome family restaurant. That’s why I give 5 stars!

We went to the Outback Steakhouse in Hermitage Tn. We thoughrouly enjoy ourselves. It was my real birthday not my paper Birthday . I don't have time to explain or attempt to. Gate was our waiter .He was super. The a manager was nice. The steak was super tender, yummy and fresh. Everything was delightful. I had a terrific birthday. They even gave me some ice cream and chocolate syrup. A beautiful begining of the birthday dinner and to a great ending of the birthday day. Thanks Outback Steakhouse. I love Outback especially this particular one

This outback at 2701 e irlo Bronson why in kissimmee is the best Jeff was the best he was on point and can answer any questions we had and was so friendly we just love him and the food was so good I was in luv best atmosphere well come again when im in the area he would be an excellent manager cause he makes all the food and drinks sounds good

Picked up my order steak was not well cooked, salad was wrong didn’t get my dressing only received one piece of bread had 3 orders spend $ 84.00 dollars , potato was not loaded with nothing just a plain potato I think next time I will go in to make sure my order is right

The food’s flavor and the efficiency of its wait staff on all franchised restaurants whether its specialty is pizza or the more expensive steaks are generally the same for all stores.

Any change however substantial or minuscule by one store is generally discouraged as it has the potential of negatively impacting the overall image of all.

So where it differs fundamentally is in the personality of its owner(s) for each and every plate or serving that comes out of the kitchen is a tangible testament to his or her person.

We recently ordered a take-out dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Orange having dined there on many occasions before the Pandemic and have, without fail enjoyed the food we’ve ordered and the service overall, so it was a bit of a disappointment when the “Blooming Onion” we included in our order, turned out to be spicier than before.

Thinking it wise to make the restaurant aware of our observation we sent an email informing them of such, not expecting a response particularly one that literally “took our breath away.”

It was a small issue after all but to Mr. Jaime Mitchell, the managing partner, our critique was worthy of his undivided attention and he gave it unhesitatingly and why we could only commend and praise him.

Clearly, Mr. Mitchell cares, which in today’s tumultuous time is more than a breath of fresh air but is a precious element that we were more than astonished to encounter... at the Outback Steakhouse in Orange, no less!

My family and I were at the Outback in St. Peters, MO. Our steaks were not cooked to our request. They were actually given to another table accidentally. Racheal the manager came to talk to us without us even asking for her. She covered our whole meal. Great service Racheal. Keep up the good work, and thank you! 🤗

I had home delivery Friday from the Winston Salem NC location. It was perfect ! Everything was perfect! The delivery time, the delivery person, the food , the requested items, the free delivery, thank you. Your service is appreciated.

Outback in Rock Hill, SC is an AWESOME place to eat. The food and service is worth the wait.
While the inside is closed I’ve ordered delivery for our law firm and that was AMAZING! Everything was delivered and it was warm and looked as if they were delivering to the restaurant table (like eating inside the restaurant) and again as I picked up food I noticed they were taking extra steps to keep everyone safe during this time of need. The food was AWESOME as usual! Thank you to everyone at Outback in Rock Hill, SC ❤️

Excellent food, excellent drinks, I'll always eat at Outback Steak House. Even through tough times I never forget my unforgettable amazing dining experience at your restaurant(s). I love you Outback Steak House.

Great steaks cooked the way you want & top quality. Did not like the breading for the lobster and shrimp but once we took that off the seafood was excellent.

The food wasn’t the best and the service started out bad but One waiter changed my whole opinion of the service so the Best Waiter to get at Outback Near The Florida Mall is Nolan he actually shows that he cared about his job and the customers...

So where do I start? Our office went to lunch here and we had an amazing experience. Everything was good from service, to parking, to the food. The manager Augie & Deandre (hopefully I am spelling it correct) coming to the table, was a extra sweet slice of the cake. The two gentlemen were very professional, clean cut & dress good. I enjoy Outback, but this location is amazing. I am going to make this my new location, love it here!

It is always nice to go to Outback and not have to stand in line these days. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The service is not just good, the person waiting on you makes suggestions and tell ya what's good and how you can mix different items with each other not costing you any more. The deserts are just soooooooooooo goooooooood. It's nice to go home nice and full and appreciate the time well spent. I was nice and quiet without anyone saying it's your birthday for it is and I am now 74 and going strong.

Outback does customer service right. On the exceedingly rare occasion I've had an issue over the past twenty years the staff has gone above and beyond to make things right. Top notch!
